This Khanjar has a buffalo horn hilt with steel rivets used to secure the blade to the hilt. A characteristic H grip for khanjars found from the ottoman empire.
Blade description:
The khanjar has a long, elegant curving blade made of wootz or bullat, typically found on ottoman weapons. The blade has the characteristic pronounced medial ridge extending down to a subtle swollen tip. A nice double edged wootz blade showing its age with slight pitting but in good condition overall. It comes in its original suede leather scabbard.
